"I rated this hotel as 5 Stars across the board because of the great staff, Charles & Helen. I had several changes, too many to discuss on this board, and every time they were friendly and worked with me and my family to help us out on our reservations, stay, directions, requests, ....everything! The price for the room was very reasonable. Convenient to interstate and clean!! We were in town for a wedding and college visits for my daughter and it was perfect for us!! I would recommend this hotel any day for the friendly staff!! You don't get that much these days.....even at high end hotels! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!"
"One of the nicest places I've stayed at any price. Free wi-fi, fridge, microwave, iron and full size ironing board, as well as things I don't use such as a coffee-maker and a blowdryer. The hotel has been recently refurbished and it shows. I have no complaints and many things to praise about this motel. "
"I traveled to Kingston to visit family & friends for a couple of days. I must say, I did not expect much out of the hotels in Kingston. However, I could tel this hotel had pride in their service & quality. The front desk service was very warm & friendly. The housekeeping was very thorough and were also quite polite. The property, much to my surprise, had a modern feel to it. The rooms were clean & comfortable which is all I can really ask for given the reasonable price. I would stay here and again & recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
"Our family came from Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina and of course Kingston, Tn. to honor our mother's birthday. The staff of this motel were extremely gracious and tolerated our gathering in the lobby until late into the night. The rooms were just fine. We had no problems of any kind. The motel may not appeal to persons wanting luxury, but it was clean and everything in our rooms worked just as it should. We would stay there again and again. We feel the price was fair also."
"We walked into the lobby and the staff was courteous from the get-go. It has great handicap accessibility (the hotel is equipped with ramps for those of us who don't like to use stairs), high speed internet, a decent breakfast... and an overall great stay. I would certainly stay here again"
